干建邦 (1660一1716) 字淑掌，号庐阳，星子县人。康熙十七年(1678) 补博士弟子员。当时著名学者汤来贺主讲白鹿洞书院，从学者众多，建邦与父亲干特从其学，文章品行独得汤之赞许。康熙二十六年(1687)，举于乡，次年会试，落榜而归，游历闽、楚间，肆力于诗古文词。三十九年中进士，为江西巡抚张志栋聘为白鹿洞书院山长。后因病卒于北京。诗学陶潜，作《西江诗派论》，力主尊陶渊明为江西诗派初祖。著有《湖山诗集》16卷行世。
